1. Who these terms apply to
These Terms & Conditions apply when you request, book or pay for a private tour or related travel service supplied by Chongqing Anjia International Travel Agency Co., Ltd. (“Anjia”, “we”, “us”). Your written proposal and tour contract form part of the agreement. If a specific written term conflicts with this general page, the signed tour contract controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Booking and confirmation
A tour is not confirmed merely because an enquiry, cart or unpaid order exists. Your booking is confirmed only after we have issued a written proposal or contract, received any required deposit, verified the payment through our payment provider and sent written booking confirmation.
3. Prices and the 10% deposit
Published journey prices state their booking basis. Unless a different amount is confirmed in writing, the booking page charges a 10% deposit based on two travellers sharing at the stated comfort level. Solo travel, larger parties, upgrades, peak dates and custom itineraries require a written quotation. Prices and deposits are displayed in US dollars. Your bank or wallet provider may apply its own conversion or service charges.
4. Payment processing
Online payments are processed through AsiaPay/PayDollar’s hosted payment service for settlement to the registered company account. Anjia does not ask you to enter a card number, CVV or wallet password on anjiatravel.com, in chat or by email. A browser success page is not proof of payment; our server verifies the payment provider’s signed notification before an order is marked Paid.
5. Cancellation, changes and refunds
The deposit cancellation rules, refund levels, supplier commitments and force-majeure approach are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Changes to dates, route, traveller numbers or service level may change the price and are effective only when confirmed in writing.
6. Traveller responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate names, contact details, passport information where required, health or accessibility information relevant to the service, and for holding valid travel documents, visas and insurance. Please review the itinerary and promptly tell us about any error before payment.
7. Suppliers and events outside reasonable control
Hotels, transport operators, attractions and other third parties may change availability or operating conditions. We will use reasonable care in selecting and coordinating suppliers and will propose a reasonable alternative where an agreed service becomes unavailable. Weather, public restrictions, transport disruption, natural events and other circumstances outside reasonable control may require itinerary changes.
8. Conduct and safety
Travellers must follow reasonable safety instructions and applicable laws. We may decline or stop a service where a traveller’s conduct creates a material risk to people, property or the lawful operation of the tour. Any decision and its financial consequences will be handled in accordance with the written contract and applicable law.
9. Personal information
We use booking and contact information to prepare, operate and support your trip, prevent fraud, keep payment records and meet legal obligations. Details are explained in our Privacy Policy. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider rather than stored by Anjia.
10. Complaints and applicable law
Please raise a concern promptly so we have an opportunity to investigate and assist. These terms and the tour contract are governed by the applicable laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith discussion and, if unresolved, through the competent authority or court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
