A light deposit holds your dates. You settle the balance in person in China.
No big upfront payment, no pressure. A secure 10% deposit confirms your private Chongqing journey — paid by card through an AsiaPay payment link from your trip designer, or by bank transfer; you settle the balance in person in China after you arrive and sign your written tour contract. Clear terms, fair refunds, and a licensed company behind every payment.
Two simple steps
We keep it light at the start and settle the rest in person once you are on the ground with us in China.
1 · 10% deposit
A 10% deposit confirms your dates and lets us pre-book guides, hotels and tickets. You review the amount on Anjia's booking page, then enter payment details only on AsiaPay's secure hosted checkout. The exact figure is also confirmed in your written proposal.
2 · Arrive, sign, then settle
You settle the balance in person in China once you have arrived and signed your written tour contract. No large sums are wired overseas before you travel, and you get a written receipt for every payment.
Everything in writing
Inclusions, price, deposit and the cancellation terms are confirmed in a written contract before you pay anything.
Pay securely, the way that suits you
Every payment — whether from Anjia's booking pages or a secure payment link your trip designer sends you — is processed through AsiaPay for settlement to the registered company account of a licensed Chinese travel agency, never to a personal account. The exact amount is confirmed in writing before you pay anything.
- 💳AsiaPay hosted checkout. The 10% deposit is paid on AsiaPay's secure payment page. Anjia does not receive or store your card number or security code.
- 🤝Settle in person. The balance is paid in person in China after you arrive and sign your written tour contract.
- 💰Priced in USD. Trip prices are quoted in US dollars; the exact payable amount is fixed in your written proposal.
- 🔒No card details sent to Anjia. We never ask for your card number by chat, email or phone. Card details are entered only on AsiaPay's hosted checkout. If anyone asks for them in our name, stop and contact us.
Who you are paying
Plans change. Our policy is simple.
Because you only pay a light deposit up front, a cancellation only ever affects that deposit — never the full trip price.
Full refund
Cancel 30 or more days before your start date and your deposit is refunded in full.
50% refund
Cancel 15 to 29 days before your start date and half of your deposit is refunded.
Deposit held
Within 15 days of your start date the deposit is non-refundable, as guides, hotels and tickets are already committed.
If something outside anyone's control disrupts your trip (illness, flight cancellations, weather or other force majeure), we will work with you to rebook your dates, hold your deposit as travel credit, or refund it — whichever suits you better. And if Anjia ever has to cancel your tour, your deposit is refunded in full. Final cancellation terms are always confirmed in your written contract.
